I purchased a pair of walking shoes, but unfortunately, I had to return them due to a defect. Trespass has had my shoes for nearly two months now. They did send me an email acknowledging the receipt of my faulty shoes, but that was the last communication I received from them until I received an email asking for my feedback and rating.

The store manager's communication skills were absolutely terrible; I overheard some highly inappropriate comments. In general, the customer service was far from satisfactory, which left me feeling extremely disappointed.

The products are consistently good, with fast delivery and hassle-free return and exchange options.

We have purchased three items from Tresspass within the past 6-9 months, and unfortunately, all of them have either broken or become worn out after just a few uses. In October, I bought a pair of snow boots, and after wearing them only twice, the sole had already worn away. I then purchased a pair of insoles, but the outer material ripped. Additionally, despite being advertised as waterproof, they failed to live up to that claim. I also bought a pair of zip-off trousers, and after wearing them just once, the stitching began to come apart. Today, my wife wore her Trespass sandals for the first time, and after walking less than a mile, the strap broke off! Needless to say, we will not be purchasing any more clothing items from Tresspass.

I purchased a pair of DLX walking boots back in October of last year. Unfortunately, after just six months of use, they started allowing water to seep in. Now, I can't even wear them anymore because the sole is coming off. Needless to say, I wouldn't make the same purchase again.

I ordered two camping/deck chairs and I must say they exceeded my expectations. These chairs are padded and incredibly comfortable, making them perfect for long hours of relaxation. Additionally, they are very easy to unfold and store, providing convenience during camping trips. The fact that they are waterproof adds to their practicality. The quality of these chairs is absolutely brilliant, and considering the price, they offer great value for money. I was also pleased with the timely delivery of my order.

His name is Chris, and if you're in need of reliable and honest advice, he's the person to go to. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and his expertise. If you require advice or assistance in understanding certain aspects of a product, Chris is definitely worth consulting. The Great Yarmouth Branch deserves recognition for its outstanding customer service. They truly value their regular customers, as evidenced by the fact that the assistant remembered me. Despite being a small branch, they provide exceptional customer service. The staff are incredibly polite, patient, and understanding of customers' needs, surpassing any other retail outlet I've encountered. I genuinely appreciate their efforts. It's worth mentioning that I was not influenced to write this review in exchange for a prize. I only write reviews for stores that don't ask for them.

After waiting for five days since placing my order, I decided to reach out via email to inquire about the delay and lack of updates. To my disappointment, I received a response stating that my order could not be processed due to technical issues. This level of service is absolutely appalling.

I am extremely satisfied with how my complaint was handled. I would have preferred a replacement instead of a refund, but perhaps I should have mentioned that when I returned the item.

I was disappointed when the shop refused to refund my water bottle, which cost £14, simply because I had owned it for 5 months. I explained that I had only used it once and it significantly affected the taste of the water, rendering it unsuitable for its intended purpose. Unfortunately, I never got around to returning it until I went on vacation. However, I must commend the online customer service for their prompt and efficient assistance. They quickly provided me with a return label on the same day, allowing me to send it back and receive a refund. Overall, it was a good service experience!
